1.  Don’t worry about other people’s standards – unless they work for the Health Department or Code Enforcement.

2.  It’s easier to be daring with inexpensive components.

3.  But it is worth spending money on something you love.

4.  Have a sense of humor.

5.  Make it personal.

6.  Know thyself.

7.  It’s not an emergency.

8.  It’s okay to use other people’s ideas.

9.  Breathe deeply – relax.

10.  Remember that you can always go the Library, check out decorating books, and be inspired all over again.
